We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest service possible. 

The Barrow County Airport is conveniently located in Northeast Georgia only 20 minutes from downtown Athens and 1 hour from Atlanta. Our airport is able to accommodate any size aircraft up to a Gulfstream V. Whether you fly in with your Cessna 182 or your Gulfstream, you can be sure that we are dedicated to making sure that your stay at the Barrow County Airport is enjoyable. 

Our NATA Safety 1st linemen will greet you when you arrive and help with any luggage you and your passengers may have. We will promptly get your aircraft fueled and can provide coffee, ice and newspapers upon request. Our Hobart Jet-EX 8D GPU can provide up to 2000 amps for starting your aircraft. 

Our facilities include a pilot's lounge that is complete with recliners, couch and flat-screen TV and a kitchen with vending machines to make you or your passengers feel at home. We offer free wireless internet to help you with filing flight plans and checking weather. 

We are able to provide quick turn services and after-hours services upon request. Our after-hours service fees are as follows:

Daily
6:00 AM – to open of business

Close of business – 9:00 PM

• $50 first hour 
• $25 each additional hour  

Daily

9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• $150 first hour 
• $75 each additional hour 

Holidays – Romanair is closed on the holidays listed below and call out fees for these days will be charged as follows: 

• $300 first hour 
• $150.00 each additional hour 

· New Year’s Day

· Memorial Day

· 4th of July

· Labor Day

· Thanksgiving Day

· Christmas Day
